Noirepolde

Noirepolde is the solo project of Prague-based neoclassical composer and pianist Václav Benda. His work combines minimalist piano compositions, string arrangements, synthesizers and modern samples. The results range from melancholic piano études to atmospheric pieces with ambient elements, showing the inspiration of classical composers such as Frédéric Chopin and Erik Satie as well as of post-rock bands and electronic music.
